COVID-19 Policy

Understanding that we are in all in this pandemic together, we have provided some details on how we intend to keep our staff, customers, and families safe during this time of crisis! Justvos Apparel's Covid-19 plan:
  • Staff to complete wellness checks before entering the building-work station
  • Any staff that does not feel well will be sent home 
  • Staff & customers will wear masks at all times
  • Social distancing must be 6 feet or more
  • Hand sanitizer available to all customers & staff
  • Gloves to be worn by merchandise creators, fulfillment & receiving teams
  • Increased cleaning procedures in all areas of production and sales
  • Limits on customer interaction
  • Delivery only

SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

Each product you see in our catalog is made on-demand. Once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. 

We're doing our best to get your orders out on time, but during these unprecedented times, delays can happen. We work with production partners and shipping carriers who are seeing industry-wide disruptions because of the impacts of Covid-19. 

Although we understand, that the consumer has nothing to do with this concern and it should not affect your shopping experience, it is a matter of the times we are currently facing. We will do our best to keep you informed and ensure you receive your items as soon as promised.
